Tenant Councils are the governing body of the community. They help decide what programs and projects come into and service the community. Tenant Councils are made up of elected positions selected by the residents of their respective HACP community. Tenant Councils have offices in the community to better serve the residents of their communities. They are also responsible for organizing events in their community, distributing food from the Greater Pittsburgh Food Bank to residents, and participating in meetings with the Resident Advisory Board.

The Gualtieri Tenant Council meets the 1st Monday of the Month at 2 pm in the Community Room.

The Carrick Tenant Council meets the 1st Monday of the Month at 4 pm in the Community Room.

The Glen Hazel High Rise Tenant Council meets the 1st Tuesday of the Month at 6 pm  in the Community Room.

The Morse Gardens High Rise meets the 2nd Tuesday of the Month at 2 pm in the Community Room

The Caliguiri Tenant Council meets the 2nd Wednesday of the Month at 4 pm in the Community Room.

The Mazza Tenant Council meets the Last Thursday of the Month at 1 pm in the Community Room.

The Arlington Heights Tenant Council meets the 2nd Tuesday of the Month at 6 pm in the Community Room.

The Allgheny Dwellings Tenant Council meets the 4th Thursday of the Month at 6 pm in the Conference Room.

The St. Clair Village Tenant Council meets the 3rd Thursday of the Month at 6 pm in the 3rd Floor Conference Room.
