HACP has changed its procedure for rent payment for all residents. The new procedure, which went into effect Authority-wide in 2003, is very simple and has proven to be more convenient and less time consuming than the previous system.
Each month HACP sends its residents a bill for rent. We also include a stamped, addressed envelope for residents to return their rent payment for the month. Residents no longer have to go to a cashier's office to pay their rent in person.
Residents are asked to mail their rent payment to: PNC Bank, Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh, P.O. Box 535486, Pittsburgh, PA, 15253-9921.
