Clean Slate
Clean Slate is the HACP's annual drug prevention and outreach program. It's purpose is to educate, encourage, and entertain drug-free lives in the City of Pittsburgh.
The HACP Clean Slate E3 Scholarship Program (2009)
The Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh is currently accepting scholarship applications from college-bound high school seniors. The HACP Clean Slate E3 Scholarship Program provides annual scholarships of up to $1,000 for qualified public housing residents.
The scholarships can be used toward any college, university or post-secondary learning institution. The HACP Scholarship Program is supported by employee contributions, donations from private businesses and proceeds earned through HACP fund-raising events.
The deadline to apply for a 2009 scholarship is June 30, 2009. For more information about the HACP Scholarship Program, download the Scholarship Packet or call 412-456-5058.
Creative Arts Corner
With two locations in the Bedford Hope Center and Northview Heights, the Creative Arts Corner sound studios are an integral part of the HACP's youth outreach and empowerment program. Operating since 2006, the CAC program teaches students the basics of audio and visual production, including valuable insights into the multimedia production industry.

Homeownerhip
HACP's Homeownership Program offers public housing residents with an opportunity to realize the dream of owning their own home.
Bedford Hope Center
The Bedford Hope Center is committed to providing multiple services to the residents of the Bedford Community. The Bedford Hope Center is managed by the HACP Resident Self-Sufficiency Department and provides a variety of case management and technology services. In addition to these programs, HACP offers a number of programs and services at each of our communities.
