Listed below is a sample of several of the major programs the HACP offers its residents. Refer to the menu on the left for a complete description of each program.

Clean Slate
Clean Slate is the HACP's annual drug prevention and outreach program. It's purpose is to educate, encourage, and entertain drug-free lives in the City of Pittsburgh.

Homeownerhip
HACP's Homeownership Program offers public housing residents with an opportunity to realize the dream of owning their own home.

Lock Box
HACP has recently implemented a new rent payment procedure for residents of several HACP communities. The new system will be in place Authority-wide by the end of 2003.

Bedford HOPE VI Center
The Bedford HOPE VI Center is committed to providing multiple services to the residents of the Bedford Community. The Bedford HOPE VI Center is managed by the HACP Resident Self-Sufficiency Department and provides a variety of case management and technology services. In addition to these programs, HACP offers a number of programs and services at each of our communities.
