    HACP plays a vital role in providing housing opportunities in the City of Pittsburgh. HACP manages several thousand housing units in community settings, high rises and scattered sites around the City. Additionally, many privately owned housing units are provided through the Housing Choice Voucher Program.

Housing Choice Voucher Administrative Plan

The Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh (HACP) is making modifications to its Housing Choice Voucher Administrative Plan (Admin Plan) and is posting the document for public review and comment.

The HACP’s revised Admin Plan will be available for review from December 22, 2014 to January 21, 2015. Download the proposed changes.

Written comments regarding the proposed changes to the Admin Plan must be sent to HACP Housing Choice Voucher Program, Administrative Plan Comments, 200 Ross Street, 7^th Floor, Pittsburgh, PA 15219 and received by close of business (5:00 p.m.) on January 21, 2015.
