Project: "Turn Key" Acquisition of Accessible Scattered Site Units
Description: HACP will contract to purchase newly constructed fully accessible homes built on HACP owned property. HACP may also purchase a limited number of accessible homes constructed on properties not previously in HACP's portfolio. Total acquisitions of at least 8 and not more than 20 homes located throughout the city.
