Project: Physical Needs Assessment of HACP Properties
Description: Conduct an assessment of the physical condition of all HACP owned and operated residential properties. Service is required by HUD every five years and by the ARRA Capital Fund Grant. The Physical Needs Assessment (PNA) provides information on current physical condition, expected remaining useful life of major building components and systems, and projects estimated costs and recommended time frames for addressing each need.
