Project: Renovation of Mazza Pavilion
Description: HACP contracted with a professional Architectural/Engineering Firm to assess the condition of the building, to develop cost estimates for options to address the situation, and to design appropriate renovations. HACP will complete renovations to Mazza Pavilion to eliminate the mold condition, to eliminate the building characteristics that led to the mold condition, and to generally upgrade the building to modern standards. The scope requires replacement of the entire building 'skin', and new designs to better integrate the building with the surrounding neighborhood.
