Project: Northview Heights Estates - Family - Modifications required to create certified UFAS Units
Project Description: Complete a variety of modifications to dwelling units, common areas, service providers spaces, and the site to meet the criteria of the Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards (UFAS) for this location.
This work includes conversion of townhouse style side by side units to apartment style stacked flats units, in order to create 26 flat units meeting UFAS requirements and 26 non-UFAS units, for a total of 52 units.
