Applicants for residency with HACP must complete and submit a number of forms, which may be downloaded from this site. The information is used by HACP to ensure the applicant meets the criteria for eligibility. A primary factor is the size of the family to be serviced and its income level, as shown in the following charts for low-income and Section 8 housing.

All the facilities managed directly by HACP are described within this section of our web site under facilities. The housing units available through the Section 8 program are listed within a special web site displaying currently available units. Since these units are provided by the private sector and people move regularly, the specific units available change continuously. To view these units please go to the SECTION 8 web site.
If you would like to apply for housing through HACP, please click on the Application Packet menu item to your left. This section provides information on how to obtain an Application Packet, and includes the capability to directly download all the necessary forms.
