  Program Description: Program is designed to improve residents, overall quality of life, improve residents' overall health and well being, improve human services to older adult and disabled residents, increase social and recreational activities, and, improve linkages between residents and available community resources.

  Location: Community Room
  Program Description: Program provides lunch 5 days a week; and social, educational, cultural and physical activities to the senior citizen and disabled residents of the community year round.
• North Side Christian Health Center
  Provider: North Side Christian Health Center
  Location: 525 Mt. Pleasant Rd (Rear)
  Program Description: Serves as a community health clinic and provides health screening for residents.

From downtown, take Interstate 279 North to the Hazlett Street exit. Turn left onto East Street (at the end of the exit ramp) and proceed to the traffic light at Mt. Pleasant Road. Turn right onto Mt. Pleasant Road.
