Program Description: The Connection, which is set-up as a mini library operate over 30 hours per week to provide youth with after school programs and educational activities, adult basic and literacy education, reading clubs and support groups. Carnegie Library cards can be used to take out books. Each Center is equipped with computers, with Internet access, for resident usage.
