Program Description: Living at home (UPMC) nurses provide blood pressure screenings once a month, as well as health and educational programming.
Provider: Primary Care Health Services, Community Leadership Development Institute, and Ursuline Senior Services
Location: 803 E. Warrington Ave, office 3rd floor, hours: Every Thursday from 8 AM to 5 PM.
Program Description: To improve resident’s overall quality of life and overall health and well being. Improve human services to older adult and disabled residents. Increase social and recreational activities. Expand the capacity of resident councils, and improve linkages between residents and available community resources.
