The Finance Department consists of two divisions, Accounting and Budgeting. The department oversees a budget in excess of $100 million, derived from more than 30 different capital, grant and operational funding sources. Throughout the year, the department reviews, evaluates and analyzes the activities of the individual departments to ensure that expenditures adhere to budgets. The department records all HACP business transactions and monitors HACP's financial activities, while producing approximately 50,000 checks per year for payroll, accounts payable and Section 8 subsidy payments.
