Proposed Changes to HACP Housing Choice Voucher Program (Section 8) Administrative Plan -- Dec. 26, 2009

The Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh (HACP) is revising its Housing Choice Voucher/Section 8 Administrative Plan. The Proposed changes to the Administrative Plan are available for review in all Site Management and Administrative Offices of the HACP from 8 a.m. on Monday, December 21, 2009 through 5 p.m. Thursday, January 21, 2010.

In addition, HACP will have two (2) Public Hearings regarding the changes to the Administrative Plan. The Public Hearings will be held at 200 Ross Street; Pittsburgh, PA 15219, 9th floor Conference Room, on Tuesday, January 12, 2010, from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and on Wednesday, January 20, 2010 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Comments received after the 5 p.m. on January 21, 2010 will not be considered.

Proposed changes to the Housing Choice Voucher/Section 8 Administrative Plan are available for download. (Download Proposed Changes). Please note that the propposed changes appear in Chapter 4, pages 54, 59, 60, 61, and 62.
