    HACP plays a vital role in providing housing opportunities in the City of Pittsburgh. HACP manages several thousand housing units in community settings, high rises and scattered sites around the City. Additionally, many privately owned housing units are provided through the Housing Choice Voucher Program.

We have launched programs to facilitate resident self-sufficiency and create homeownership opportunities. Jamal Morris

Creative Arts Corner Student – Northview Heights

Jamal Morris began attending the CAC program in October 2019. He has been recording music on his own for several years, as well as filming and editing music videos for himself and others before making his way to the studio at Northview Heights. Since coming to the Creative Arts Corner, Jamal has recorded a number of original songs, as well as music videos which he made using Adobe Premiere Pro.

Jamal attends Perry highschool and has been working on launching his own clothing brand. Jamal plans to continue down his creative path and explore the possibilities of where his music, videos and branding can go.
