Serving over 20,000 residents across more than 6,000 housing units, and keeping our facilities well maintained, requires HACP to use products and services from a wide variety of vendors.

Bid Requests and Requests For Proposals are issued on an ongoing basis and are open for bid to all interested vendors. You can check out what products and services are currently open for bid by checking either the Open Bids or Open RFP sections. For information on which vendors were selected please refer to the Awarded Bids or Awarded RFP sections. Since the items change frequently you are encouraged to visit our site regularly.

HACP will soon be significantly expanding our vendor relations capabilities. We will be offering you the opportunity,through this web site, to register and identify your areas of expertise. Then, when bids or RFPs in your area are released, you will be automatically notified via email and can quickly determine if you want to submit a bid or proposal.

HACP is particularly interested in expanding our use of MBE/WBE vendors. Businesses interested in potentially working with the Housing Authority are asked to dowload our Bidder's Application, fill it out in its entirety, and return the document to:
